The present invention relates to a vehicle wheel alignment improvement method using a measured value of a steering rotation angle, which comprises: a wheel alignment step wherein wheel alignment is performed in a state that a steering wheel is adjusted in a neutral state; a rotation angle measurement step of measuring a rotation angle of a left and a right steering wheel and a toe value at the same time after rotating a steering wheel in any one direction of left and right rotation directions at a predetermined angle; and a correction step of correcting the toe value in case the toe value with respect to the rotation angle is out of a predetermined range. Provided is the vehicle wheel alignment improvement method using a measured value of a steering rotation angle, which adds alignment in accordance with a steering wheel angle to vehicle wheel alignment, thereby increasing vehicle stability, improving cornering ride quality, and reducing one-sided wear of a tire.
