The present invention relates to a vehicle emergency displaying device which enables a driver of a following vehicle to rapidly and accurately recognize an emergency situation of a front side regardless of the weather or the surroundings when the emergency situation such as an accident or a defect of the vehicle. The present invention comprises: one or more emergency displaying LED lamp assemblies (17, 18) having a plurality of LED lamps; one or more PCBs (15, 16) where the LED lamp assemblies (17, 18) are attached and connected to a power source of the vehicle to drive the LED lamp of the emergency displaying LED lamp assemblies (17, 18); a supporter (11) supporting the emergency displaying LED lamp assemblies (17, 18) and the PCBs (15, 16); and an attachment means (12) attaching the supporter (11) to a vehicle body.
