A system to treat and convey a submarine mineral is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system comprises: a first conveyor unit provided to a hull of a ship, and primarily dehydrating while conveying a mineral nodule lifted from the seabed; a first storage tank connected to the first conveyor unit, and storing the mineral conveyed in accordance with the first conveyor unit; a second conveyor unit connected to the first storage tank, and secondarily dehydrating while conveying the stored mineral of the first storage tank; a second storage tank connected to the second conveyor unit, and storing the mineral conveyed through the second conveyor unit; a conveyor line unit connected from the second storage tank to the storage tank of a shuttle tanker; and a pump installed in the conveyor line unit.
