The present invention relates to a vehicle bumper beam including: a beam main body made of a molded glass fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin which has curvature and is opened by the front or rear side to be shaped into ㄷ; and a plate member for the installation of a crash box at both ends of the beam main body. A front dispersed piece and a rear dispersed plate separately protrude from the front and rear sides of the beam main body in a vertical manner, wherein the front dispersed piece the rear dispersed plate are symmetrical to each other around the beam main body. According to the present invention, the vehicle bumper beam improves the shock absorption by intactly transmitting shock energy to the crash box in a vehicle collision during an RCAR barrier test by changing the shape of the bumper beam without a separate reinforcement member. Therefore, the vehicle bumper beam has improved crashworthiness and safety and follows the test regulations.
