The present invention relates to an aircraft system and a control method thereof having redundant modules improving reliability and stability of the aircraft system. According to the present invention, the control method of an aircraft system comprises the steps of: receiving each event order corresponding to the redundant module from a client by redundant modules; performing a first event specified by the even order by a first module among the redundant modules to respond to the event order; performing a second event specified by the event order by a second module different from the first module among the redundant modules after the first event is completed; and returning a first response signal displaying a performance result of the first event and a second response signal displaying the performance result of the second event. The client compares the first response signal and the second response signal to determine whether or not the redundant modules are synchronized or there is an error in the redundant modules.
