An inverter circuit part or a DC-DC converter circuit part is efficiently cooled. A power converter according to one aspect of the embodiment of the present invention includes the DC-DC converter circuit part, the inverter circuit part, a first flow path part, and a second flow path part. The DC-DC converter circuit part boosts or drops the voltage of DC power supplied from a power source. The inverter circuit part converts the DC power into AC power. The first flow path part and the second flow path part are comprised to circulate a cooling medium. Also, the DC-DC converter circuit part, the first flow path part, the inverter circuit part, and the second flow path part are successively stacked and are arranged to overlap each other.
