The present invention relates to a barge to salvage a sunken vessel, and a method to salvage a sunken vessel using the same. The present invention comprises: barges capable of being coupled to each other; a plurality of barge contact type cranes installed in an upper surface of the barge at constant intervals when a sunken vessel is salvaged; a penetration hole penetrated by the barge of one side of each crane; a pulling wire withdrawn from the crane to enable a length of the pulling wire to be adjusted, enabling the sunken vessel to be descended through the penetration hole; a hook unit attached to one end of the pulling wire; and a fixated and bound unit bound by the hook unit. The present invention is capable of pulling the sunken vessel after the present invention enables the pulling wire to be descended to the sunken vessel; firmly coupling the fixated and bound unit to the large sunken vessel.
