The present invention relates to a thruster using compressed air to allow smooth driving of a ship in a traveling direction. According to the present invention, the thruster using compressed air comprises: a pipe body to connect both sides of a hull; a pair of injection pipes extended from an inside of the hull toward the outlets on both sides of the pipe body; a manifold connected to an end of each injection pipe placed inside the hull; an air compressor connected to the manifold; and a controller to control an opening and closing of the injection pipes, and the operation of the air compressor.
