The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a prefabricated toilet for a ship. The purpose of the present invention is to improve usability and manufacturability, improve assembly, and shorten the construction period as a prefabricated toilet is easily installed in a residential area within a hull. The present invention provides the method for manufacturing a prefabricated toilet for a ship comprising: a first step of manufacturing an upper surface part and a lateral wall part by stacking and curing a fiber-reinforced resin in an upper mold formed to correspond to the upper surface of a space inside a predetermined hull, and a lateral mold formed to correspond to a curved shape of a wall surface of the space inside the predetermined hull, and manufacturing a lower surface part including a heating means mounting part divided into at least one along a flat surface by stacking and curing the fiber-reinforced resin in a lower mold including the flat surface in a lower lateral part while being to correspond to the lower surface of the space inside the predetermined hull; a second step of combining a double heating means including multiple heating lines for independently providing heat for each divided heating means mounting part respectively; and a third step of assembling edges of the upper surface part and the lower surface part along upper and lower edges of the lateral wall part.
