The present invention relates to a hull damage prevention system for ship to ship LNG transfer and, more specifically, to a hull damage prevention system for ship to ship LNG transfer capable of installing a system at low costs, having a simple installation structure of a system, preventing a safety accident due to leakage of LNG, and protecting a hull from brittle fracture even if LNG is leaked through a manifold pipe by continuously spraying water to an area wherein the manifold pipe used for ship to ship LNG transfer is installed. According to the present invention, the hull damage prevention system for ship to ship LNG transfer is capable of spraying water at all once with respect to the installation area of a manifold pipe through a deluge line in ship to ship LNG transfer as the deluge line is installed in the lower part of a platform on which the manifold pipe used for ship to ship LNG transfer is placed.
