The present invention provides a carbon fiber fabric coupling in a railway car direct drive motor. The present invention includes a stator fixed to a car; a rotor which includes a permanent magnet and is combined with an axle; a frame which surrounds the stator and the rotor; a housing combined with both ends of the frame; a coupling which is combined with the axle and reduces vibration coming from a rail, and is made of carbon fiber for weight reduction, inertia reduction, response characteristic improvement, flux path structure smoothing, heat radiation improvement. The stable combination structure and lightening of a frame structure and a coupling are important to prevent safe accident and to improve the cooling characteristic of a drive motor. In this regard, the coupling material of the drive motor is made of carbon fiber so that the total weight of the drive motor can be reduced and also response speed can be improved.

    본 발명은 대차에 고정되는 고정자; 영구자석을 포함하고 차축과 결합되는 회전자; 상기 고정자와 회전자를 감싸는 프레임; 상기 프레임의 양단에서 결합되는 하우징; 상기 차축과 결합되어 레일로부터 오는 진동을 감소시키고, 중량 감소, 이니셔 감소, 응답 특성 개선, 자로(flux path)구조 원활, 열방출 개선 되도록 탄소섬유를 재료로 하는 커플링; 을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유로 구성된 커플링을 포함한 전동차용 직결구동방식 견인전동기를 제공한다. 프레임의 구조와 커플링과의 안정된 결합 형태 구조 및 경량화는 안전사고 방지 및 견인전동기의 냉각 특성에서 매우 중요하고, 이와 관련되어 견인전동기의 커플링의 재료를 탄소섬유로 구성하여 견인전동기 전체의 중량을 감소시키고 또한 응답속도가 개선되는 효과가 있다.
