The present invention enables a rotational shaft to smoothly be rotated so as to effectively transmit highly efficient power since buoyancy is generated by a buoyancy device. A highly efficient power transmission apparatus using repulsion of a magnet levitates the driving shaft and removes gravitational mass of the driving shaft to enable the driving shaft to be rotated with repulsion generated by the driving shaft transmitting the power and a magnet repulsion device attached to the driving shaft. Moreover, the driving shaft has a crank shaft.
