The present invention relates to a water separation exhaust system in a fuel cell vehicle, comprising a muffler (9) installed in exhaust lines (7-1,7-2) through which mixed gases from a fuel cells stack (1) pass; and a water separator (10) which discharges condensed water out of the muffler (9) under gravity after the condensed water from the mixed gas are gathered in the inside wall of the muffler (9), thereby smoothly discharging the condensed water without backward or clogging, while completely blocking the increase of pressure in the exhaust system caused by freezing condensed water gathered in the exhaust line at low temperatures in winter, and accordingly preventing damage to performance of the exhaust system.
본 발명의 연료전지차량 물 분리 배기계에는 연료전지스택(1)에서 배출된 혼합가스가 통과하는 배기라인(7-1,7-2)에 설치된 소음기(9), 혼합가스에서 발생된 응축수(물(Water))가 소음기(9)의 내벽부위로 모여진 후 중력하에서 소음기(9)의 외부로 배출시키는 수분 분리기(10)가 포함됨으로써 응축수(물(Water))가 역류나 정체없는 원활한 대기 배출이 이루어지고, 특히 겨울철과 같이 낮은 기온하에서 배기라인에 고여진 응축수(물(Water))의 결빙에 의한 배기계 압력상승을 완전히 차단함으로써 시스템 성능 저하가 발생되지 않는 특징을 갖는다.
