An objective of the present invention is to provide dash inner insulation for a vehicle offering improved soundproofing and sound absorption while minimizing an increase in weight of polyurethane foam by changing the cell structure of polyurethane foam with carbon nanotube (CNT) added in manufacturing polyurethane foam which is a material used in dash inner insulation to mainly absorb sound. More specifically, the objective of the present invention is to provide dash inner insulation for vehicle with outstanding sound absorption compared to an increase in weight through a process of adding carbon nanotube to an undiluted solution of polyurethane foam while other processes remain the same as making conventional polyurethane foam.

    본 발명은 대시 인너 인슐레이션의 기재로서 주로 흡음기능을 하는 폴리우레탄 폼을 제조할 때 탄소나노튜브(CNT)를 첨가함으로써, 폴리우레탄 폼의 셀 구조를 변경하여 폴리우레탄 폼의 중량 증가를 최소화하면서도 흡·차음성능을 향상할 수 있게 한 자동차용 대시 인너 인슐레이션을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 이러한 폴리우레탄 폼을 기존의 폴리우레탄 폼을 제작하는 것과 같은 공정으로 제작하되, 폴리우레탄 폼 원액에 탄소나노튜브를 첨가하는 공정을 통해 중량 증가 대비 흡음 성능이 우수한 자동차용 대시 인너 인슐레이션을 제공하는 데 다른 목적이 있다.
