In a braking drag deduction type brake device of the present invention, a caliper (1), including an electromagnet (20-1), exchanging gravitation and repulsion with a permanent magnet (20-1) fixed in a piston (7) through the direction switch of power supply, and a fixed sensor (31-1) which is fixed to the piston (7) and detects a fall of signal intensity for an increase in the intensity of current supplied to the electromagnet (20-1) when a distance with the fixing sensor (31-1) increases, is included. Thus, strong repulsion is formed by applying repulsion to the piston with oil pressure when braking is performed, and the reduction of braking drag is performed with a quick return to an initial position using gravitation when the piston returns, and especially, as a movement distance of the piston is always kept constant by applying the repulsion, strengthened as much as an increase in pad abrasion, braking drag torque is hardly changed even after the endurance progress of the pad.

    본 발명의 제동 드래그 저감 타입 브레이크 장치에는 전류공급의 방향전환으로 피스톤(7)에 고정된 영구자석(20-1)과 인력과 척력이 서로 전환되는 전자석(20-1)과, 피스톤(7)에 고정된 고정 센서(31-1)와 거리 증가가 이루어질 때 전자석(20-1)으로 공급되는 전류 세기를 증가시키기 위한 신호세기의 저하를 검출하는 고정 센서(31-1)를 내장한 캘리퍼(1)가 포함됨으로써 제동 시 유압과 함께 척력이 피스톤에 가해져 강한 제동력을 형성하고, 피스톤 복귀시 인력을 이용한 신속한 초기 위치 복귀로 제동 드레그 저감이 이루어지며, 특히 패드 마모증가 만큼 강화된 척력을 피스톤에 가하여 피스톤 이동거리를 항상 일정하게 유지해줌으로써 패드의 내구진행 후에도 제동 드래그 토크량 변화가 거의 없는 특징을 갖는다.
