The present invention provides a traffic safety management system based on a zone detection system capable of producing vehicle information for the entire predetermined zone area (S) and detecting a violated vehicle at the same time. The present invention relates to a traffic safety management system based on a zone detection system capable of obtaining an image for the violated vehicle of multi-crossroads by using one camera by rotating a photographing unit to a crossroad of the violated vehicle after tracking the path of the violated vehicle when the violated vehicle is detected if the violated vehicle passes through a predetermined point (P). The traffic safety management system based on a zone detection system determines the violated vehicle as a photographing target among violated vehicles by using an approach prediction time (t′) of a follow-up violated vehicle for a front violated vehicle even if the detected violated vehicle is more than or equal to two vehicles. Therefore, an image for violated vehicles on the multi-crossroad can be effectively obtained. The traffic safety management system comprises; a photographing unit, a radar transmission and receiving unit, and a controller.

    본 발명은 기 설정된 존 영역(S) 전체에 대한 차량정보를 실시간으로 생성함과 동시에 위반차량을 검출할 수 있는 존-검지 체계 기반 교통안전 관리 시스템을 제공하며, 위반차량이 검출될 때 위반차량의 궤적을 추적하여 위반차량이 기 설정된 지점(P)을 통과하면 위반차량의 차로로 촬영수단이 회전되도록 함으로써 하나의 카메라를 이용하여 다차로의 위반차량에 대한 영상을 획득할 수 있고, 검출된 위반차량이 2대 이상일 때에도 자신의 전방위반차량에 대한 최후속위반차량의 진입예측시간(t')을 이용하여 위반차량들 중 촬영대상을 결정함으로써 다차로 상의 위반차량들에 대한 영상을 더욱 효율적으로 획득할 수 있는 존-검지 체계 기반 교통안전 관리 시스템에 관한 것이다.
