The present invention relates to a device for discriminating a passenger in a vehicle, which comprises: an upper seat frame; a lower seat frame; a first link member respectively hinged in the upper seat frame and the lower seat frame; a height adjusting unit arranged in the lower seat frame and adjusting a height of a seat; a plurality of second link members wherein an end is hinged in the first link member and the other end is fixedly coupled to the height adjusting unit; and a weight sensor unit mounted between the second link members and measuring a load.

    본 발명은 상부 시트 프레임과 하부 시트 프레임과 상부 시트 프레임 및 하부 시트 프레임에 각각 힌지결합되는 제1링크부재와 하부 시트 프레임에 배치되어, 시트의 높낮이를 조절하는 높이조절부와 제1링크부재에 일단이 힌지결합되고, 타단이 높이조절부와 고정결합된 복수의 제2링크부재와 복수의 제2링크부재 사이에 구비되고, 하중을 측정하는 중량센서부로 형성된 차량의 승객식별장치에 관한 것이다.
