The present invention relates to a thermoplastic elastomer composition, including: 24.5-26.0 wt% of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber; 42.0-45.0 wt% of polypropylene (PP); 24.0-26.0 wt% of paraffin oil; 0.3-0.4 wt% of peroxide cross-linking agents; 0.1-0.2 wt% of antioxidant; and 5.0-6.0 wt% of inorganic fillers. The thermoplastic elastomer composition is allowed to improve bellows bowing of a gear box caused by thermal history after blow molding and accordingly minimizes creation of noise caused by modification when driving steering systems while securing rigidity through increase of cross-linking level, thereby having a good long-term heat resistance.
본 발명은 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 고무(EPDM) 24.5 내지 26.0중량%; 폴리프로필렌(PP) 42.0 내지 45.0중량%; 파라핀 오일 24.0 내지 26.0중량%; 퍼옥사이드 가교제 0.3 내지 0.4중량%; 산화방지제 0.1 내지 0.2중량%; 및 무기필러 5.0 내지 6.0중량%;를 포함하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물에 관한 것으로, 블로우 성형 후 열이력에 의한 기어박스 벨로우즈 휨 현상이 개선되어 조향장치 구동시 변형에 의한 Noise 발생이 최소화되고 가교도 증가를 통해 강성이 확보되며 장기 내열성이 우수한 효과가 있다.
