Disclosed is a barrier structure of an independent cargo hold that forms an effective barrier structure. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a barrier structure of an independent cargo hold comprises: a primary barrier in contact with a cryogenic fluid inside the cargo hold; a first insulating material of a panel type provided on an outer surface of the primary barrier and disposed in a region where the possibility of leakage of the cryogenic fluid is high; a second insulating material of a spray foam type provided on the outer surface of the primary barrier and disposed in a region where the possibility of leakage of the cryogenic fluid is low; and a drip tray for storing the amount of leakage of the cryogenic fluid and disposed between the first insulating material and an inner bottom surface of a hull.
