본 발명은 연료전지차량의 주행 제어 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 연료전지차량의 정차시 오르막길 또는/및 하중(화물무게 포함)을 고려하여 연료전지를 가동시킴으로써, 출발시 오르막길에서의 밀림현상을 방지하거나 평지에서의 반응속도를 향상시킬 수 있는 연료전지차량의 주행 제어 장치 및 그 방법을 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 본 발명은 연료전지차량의 주행 제어 장치에 있어서, 도로의 경사도를 측정하는 경사도 센서; 연료전지차량의 하중정보를 획득하는 정보 획득부; 및 상기 연료전지차량의 정차시, 도로의 경사도와 상기 연료전지차량의 하중정보에 기초하여 연료전지의 가동여부를 결정하는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.

    The present invention relates to a driving control apparatus for a fuel cell vehicle and a method therefor. According to the driving control apparatus for the fuel cell vehicle and the method therefor provided in the present invention, when the fuel cell vehicle is stopped, a fuel cell is operated in consideration of an uphill road and/or load (including cargo weight). Therefore, it is possible to prevent a phenomenon of pushing on the uphill road at a time of departure or to improve a reaction speed on the flat ground. To this end, the driving control apparatus of the fuel cell vehicle of the present invention may comprise: a slope sensor which measures a slope of the road; an information acquisition unit configured to acquire load information of the fuel cell vehicle; and a control unit configured to determine whether to operate the fuel cell when the fuel cell vehicle is stopped, based on a road gradient and the load information of the fuel cell vehicle.
