본 발명은, 퍼지 펌프에 의해 퍼지 가스를 흡기계에 공급하는 액티브 퍼지 시스템을 구비한 하이브리드 차량의 퍼지 방법으로서, 소킹 시간(soaking time), 차속 및 누적 퍼지량에 근거하여 소정의 진입 조건이 만족되었는지 여부를 판정하고, 상기 진입 조건이 만족되는 경우, 락업 차지 주행 모드에서 상기 액티브 퍼지 시스템을 이용하여 퍼지를 실행하는 락업 차지 퍼지(LOCK-UP CHARGE AND PURGE)를 실행하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
