본 발명은 차량용 공조장치에 관한 것으로서, 배터리의 전압 감소 시에, 압축기의 실토크 저하에 맞춰 압축기의 예상토크를 보상할 수 있도록 구성함으로써, 배터리의 전압 감소 시의 압축기 실토크와 예상토크 간의 과도한 편차를 방지하고, 이를 통해, 배터리의 충전 전압 감소 조건 하에서, 엔진을 제어할 시에, 엔진의 급격한 RPM 변화를 방지할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 엔진의 동력을 전달받아 구동되는 압축기와, 배터리의 전기에 의해 가변 작동되면서 압축기의 냉매 토출량을 제어하는 ECV를 포함하는 차량용 공조장치에 있어서, 차실내의 온도제어에 영향을 주는 미리 정해진 복수의 인자들을 미리 내장된 로직으로 처리하여 압축기에서 요구되는 예상토크를 1차로 산출하는 공조제어부를 더 포함하며; 공조제어부는, 1차 산출된 예상토크를 배터리의 전압에 따라 보정한다.

    The present invention relates to an air conditioning apparatus for a vehicle, which is configured to compensate for expected torque of a compressor by meeting lowered actual torque of the compressor when the voltage of a battery is reduced, prevent an excessive deviation between the actual torque of the compressor and the expected torque of the compressor when the voltage of the battery is reduced, and prevent a rapid change in the RPM of an engine when the engine is controlled under a condition where the charge voltage of the battery is reduced. To this end, in accordance with the present invention, the air conditioning apparatus for the vehicle comprises: a compressor which is driven by receiving power of the engine; and an ECV which is variably operated by the electricity of the battery and controls the refrigerant discharge volume of the compressor, and further comprises an air conditioning control unit which processes a plurality of predetermined factors affecting the control of temperature in the interior of the vehicle with a pre-built logic, and primarily calculates the expected torque required by the compressor. The air conditioning control unit corrects the primarily calculated expected torque in accordance with the voltage of the battery.
