본 발명은 접철식 태양광발전부를 갖는 등부표에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 의하면, 태양광발전부가 타워부에 접철 가능하게 설치됨으로써, 해상에서 태양의 고도에 따라 최상의 발전 효율을 얻을 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 해상의 기상 악화시 태양광발전부가 접혀짐으로써 파손을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 등부표가 해상에서 구동부에 의해 이동할 수 있으므로, 등부표의 설치 위치가 능동적으로 변경되거나 조절될 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, GPS모듈과 통신부에 의해 등부표의 위치가 관제센터로 실시간 전송됨으로써, 효율적으로 등부표를 유지, 관리할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
