일 실시예는, 차량에 탑재된 선박용 배터리로 충전전력을 공급하는 충전컨버터; 상기 충전컨버터를 내부공간에 수납하는 충전패널; 상기 충전컨버터와 전기적으로 연결되고 상기 차량과 물리적으로 연결되면서 상기 충전전력을 상기 차량으로 전달하는 충전커넥터; 및 상기 충전커넥터로 전달되는 충전전류의 측정값을 주파수분석하고, 상기 측정값에 대한 검출대역에서의 주파수성분값이 미리 설정된 아크기준값을 초과하는 경우 아크가 발생한 것으로 판단하고, 상기 충전커넥터 주변 공기의 기상정보에 대응하여 상기 검출대역을 조절하는 안전제어장치를 포함하는 선박용 배터리 충전시스템을 제공한다.
In accordance with one embodiment, provided is a vessel battery charging system including: a charging converter supplying charging power to a vessel battery loaded in a vehicle; a charging panel housing the charging converter in an internal space; a charging connector electrically connected to the charging converter and physically connected to the vehicle while delivering the charging power to the vehicle; and a safety control device analyzing a measured value of a charging current delivered to the charging connector, determining that an arc has occurred if a frequency component value at a detection band for the measured value exceeds a preset arc reference value, and controlling the detection band in response to meteorological information of the air surrounding the charging connector. Therefore, the present invention is capable of solving safe-related issues occurring during the charging of a vessel battery.
