본 발명의 제3실시예에 의한 압력 제어 시스템은, 액화 이산화탄소를 저장하는 액화 이산화탄소 저장탱크(110), 액화 이산화탄소 저장탱크(110)의 내부의 증발가스에 의해 액화 이산화탄소 저장탱크(110)의 손상을 방지하도록 하는 압력배출부(160), 및 압력배출부(160)를 통해 배출되는 증발가스인 기화 이산화탄소를 저장하고, 기화 이산화탄소를 자가 열교환방식에 의해 재액화시켜 액화 이산화탄소 저장탱크(110)로 회수시키는, 재액화부(180)를 포함하여, 별도의 냉매없이, 증발가스를 재액화시키는 것을 요지로 한다.
