본 발명의 실시예에 따른 전기 자동차 충전 제어 장치는 제1 도선상에 배치된 퓨즈, 상기 제1 도선상에 배치된 제1 접촉기, 제2 도선상에 배치된 제2 접촉기, 상기 제1 도선과 보호 접지 사이의 제1 전압값을 측정하는 제1 전압 측정기, 상기 보호 접지와 상기 제2 도선 사이의 제2 전압값을 측정하는 제2 전압 측정기, 그리고 기 설정된 판단 조건을 만족하면, 상기 제1 전압값과 상기 제2 전압값에 기초하여 상기 퓨즈의 개방 여부를 판단하는 제어부를 포함한다.

    According to an embodiment of the present invention, an electric vehicle charging control device includes: a fuse disposed on a first conducting wire; a first contactor disposed on the first conducting wire; a second contactor disposed on a second conducting wire; a first voltage meter measuring a first voltage value between the first conducting wire and a protective ground; a second voltage meter measuring a second voltage value between the protective ground and the second conducting wire; and a control unit determining whether the fuse is open or not based on the first voltage value and the second voltage value if a preset judgment condition is satisfied.
