본 발명은 인공위성 및 그 운용방법에 관한 것으로서, 내부공간을 가지는 프레임; 상기 프레임의 내부공간에 설치되는 전자장비부; 및 상기 전자장비부에 접촉하고, 광의 투과율이 조절될 수 있는 방열부;를 포함하고, 태양광의 투과율을 조절할 수 있는 방열부를 구비하여, 인공위성에 탑재된 전자장비부의 방열 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
