본 발명은 연료전지스택, 상기 연료전지스택에서 발생하는 전기에너지를 이용하여 작동하는 모터 및 라디에이터를 포함하는 수소연료전지차량의 냉각시스템에 있어서, 상기 연료전지스택의 일측에는 연료전지스택에서 방출된 물(W)을 저장하기 위한 배기워터트랩이 구비되고, 상기 배기워터트랩의 하부에는 하절기에 에어컨 증발기 표면에서 응축되는 수분을 포집하기 위한 응축수배관이 연결되는, 수소연료전지차량의 냉각시스템을 제공한다.
