비활성 기체 액화장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 비활성 기체 액화장치는, 용융염 원자로를 구비하고 액화가스를 운반하는 선박에 설치되는 비활성 기체 액화장치로서, 용융염 원자로에서 발생된 비활성 기체를 포집하는 포집부, 포집된 비활성 기체에서 헬륨을 분리하여 제거하는 헬륨 제거부 및 액화가스의 냉열을 이용하여 헬륨이 제거된 비활성 기체를 액화시키는 액화부를 포함한다.
