선박의 배기 폐열 회수 시스템 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 선박의 배기 폐열 회수 시스템은, 선박에 마련되며 고유황유 및 저유황유를 선택적으로 연료로 공급받을 수 있는 엔진; 상기 엔진으로부터 배출되는 배기를 열원으로 스팀을 생산해 선내의 스팀 소비처로 공급하는 폐열회수부; 상기 폐열회수부 및 스팀 소비처를 거쳐 상기 스팀이 순환되는 스팀순환라인; 및 상기 스팀순환라인에 마련되어 상기 스팀 소비처에서 사용 후 배출되는 스팀이 응축되는 컨덴서;를 포함하되, 상기 폐열회수부는 상기 엔진으로 고유황유 또는 저유황유가 공급되는 연료공급모드에 따라 고압 또는 저압 스팀 모드로 작동되어 폐열 회수량이 조절되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    Disclosed are a system and a method for recovering exhaust waste heat of a ship. The system for recovering exhaust waste heat of a ship of the present invention includes: an engine provided in the ship to be selectively supplied with high sulfur oil and low sulfur oil as fuel; a waste heat recovery part generating steam by using exhaust discharged from the engine as a heat source and supplying the same to a steam consuming place in the ship; a steam circulating line passing through the waste heat recovery part and the steam consuming place so that the steam is circulated; and a condenser provided in the steam circulating line so that the steam discharged after being used in the steam consuming place is condensed, wherein the waste heat recovery part is operated in a high pressure or low pressure steam mode in accordance with a fuel supply mode in which the high sulfur oil or the low sulfur oil is supplied to the engine so that the recovery amount of the waste heat can be controlled.
