본 발명은 최저비행고도와 UAS 운영제한고도 구축 방법에 관한 것으로, 사례지역의 UTM 운용고도를 AGL 150m 미만으로 설정하고, 상기 사례지역의 표고(Elevation) 자료와 주요 시설 및 장애물 높이 자료를 포함하는 100m 격자지도를 작성하는 단계; 상기 사례지역의 격자지도에 인구밀도를 고려하여 인구밀집지역을 설정하고, VFR 항공기와 UAS가 운용될 수 있는 최저비행고도 및 운영제한고도를 구축하는 단계; 상기 사례지역의 100m 격자지도에서 각 셀의 표고 높이에 장애물 높이를 더한 값을 수치표면모델(DSM) 3D 형상으로 표현하는 단계; 및 분석된 상기 수치표면모델을 바탕으로 항공안전법에서 정하는 VFR 최저비행고도 및 UAS 운영제한고도 기준을 적용하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    The present invention relates to a method for constructing a minimum flight altitude and an unmanned aircraft system (UAS) operation limit altitude. The method includes the following steps of: setting a UTM operation altitude of a case area to less than 150 m above ground level (AGL), and creating a 100 m grid map including elevation data and major facility and obstacle height data of the case area; setting a densely populated area in consideration of population density on the grid map of the case area, and constructing a minimum flight altitude and an operation limit altitude at which a visual flight rules (VFR) aircraft and an UAS can be operated; expressing a value, which is acquired by adding an obstacle height to the altitude of each cell in the 100 m grid map of the case area, as a digital surface model (DSM) three-dimensional shape; and applying VFR minimum flight altitude and UAS operation limit altitude standards prescribed in the Aviation Safety Act based on the analyzed design structure matrix (DSM). Therefore, the present invention is capable of more tactically preventing obstacle and topography collisions of a VFR aircraft.
