The present invention relates to an apparatus for reducing noise of a tire. According to the present invention, a resonance tube is separated into an upper body and a lower body to be injection-molded with a thermoplastic resin, and the upper body and the lower body are vibration-welded to have high dimensional stability to secure a constant internal volume, thereby maximizing a noise reduction effect. moreover, a post-process for frequency tuning is not required, and a material is not lost to be usefully used in a noise reduction device field of a tire to reduce costs and promote price competitiveness.

    본 발명은 타이어의 소음 저감 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 공명관을 상부 및 하부몸체로 분리하여 열가소성수지로 사출성형하고 상부 및 하부몸체를 진동 용착함으로써 치수안정성이 높아 일정한 내부체적을 확보할 수 있으며, 이로 인하여 소음저감 효과를 극대화함은 물론 주파수튜닝을 위한 후-공정이 필요하지 아니하고 재료의 손실이 없으므로 원가절감과 가격경쟁력을 꾀하고자하는 타이어의 소음 저감 장치분야에 유용하게 이용할 수 있다.
