The present invention relates to a headliner bracket mounting installation system, which can easily implement the work of attaching a bracket to the applied adhesive surface by punching a headliner and applying an adhesive, even in a smaller work space compared to the conventional one. More specifically, the headliner bracket mounting installation system of the present invention comprises: an outer body part having an opening formed in the front so as to be connected to a work space part having a predetermined volume inside, and having a lifting cylinder provided on the upper part; an inner body part installed inside the outer body part and capable of being raised and lowered by the lifting cylinder, and rotating so as to be able to unfold in the direction of the opening part, so that a bracket is mounted; a mounting part located below the work space part and slidably installed with the outer body part, and on which a headliner to which a bracket is mounted is mounted is mounted; a robot arm installed in the rear of the mounting part so as to be located inside the work space part and having a rotatable multi-joint form to cut the upper surface of the headliner; and a control unit that controls at least one of the outer body part, the inner body part, the mounting part, and the robot arm.

    본 발명의 헤드라이너의 타공과 접착제의 도포가 이루어지되 도포된 접착면에 브라켓을 접착하는 작업을 종래와 대비하여 적은 작업공간에서도 용이하게 구현할 수 있는 헤드라이너의 브라켓 장착용 설치시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 내부에 소정의 체적을 갖는 작업공간부와 연통되게 전방에 개구부가 형성되되 상부에는 승강실린더가 구비된 외측바디부와, 상기 외측바디부 내부에 설치되되 상기 승강실린더에 의해 승강은 물론, 개구부 방향으로 펼쳐질 수 있게 회전하여 브라켓이 거치되는 내측바디부와, 상기 작업공간부 하부에 위치하되 상기 외측바디부와 슬라이드 이동가능하게 설치되며, 브라켓이 장착되는 헤드라이너가 안착하는 안착부와, 상기 작업공간부 내측에 위치하도록 상기 안착부 후방에 설치되되 회전 가능한 다관절 형태로 설치되어 헤드라이너 상면을 절개하는 로봇암 및 상기 외측바디부, 상기 내측바디부, 상기 안착부, 상기 로봇암 중 적어도 어느 하나를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
