The present invention relates to a dissimilar metal coupling structure of a heating electrode plate for an electric vehicle heater, which is coupled to an electric vehicle heater, and provided to couple a copper terminal to an aluminum heating plate coupled to an electric vehicle heater and heated through connection with an external power source. More specifically, the dissimilar metal coupling structure includes: at least one terminal coupling groove formed in a groove structure facing inward from both ends of the front of a terminal part of the heating plate; a caulking part of a groove or hole structure formed in the terminal between the terminal coupling grooves at both ends; and a coupling piece protruding outward from both ends of the terminal on a position corresponding to the terminal coupling grooves. Therefore, the aluminum heating plate and the copper terminal, which are made of dissimilar metals, are caulked and coupled such that the components can be substantially coupled without departing from each other, and a fixing protrusion inserted into a fixing hole is pressed downward such that the upper end of the fixing protrusion can be expanded, thereby having a press-coupled structure, and, as a result, the dissimilar metal coupling structure can guarantee durability by keeping the terminal substantially coupled to the heating plate in forward and backward and left and right directions, reinforcing a coupling fixing force and preventing a contact defect; and can increase economic feasibility by lowering manufacturing costs in comparison with an electrode plate simply using an aluminum plate.

    본 발명은 전기자동차 히터에 결합되며, 외부 전원과 연결되어 발열되는 알루미늄 소재의 발열판에 구리 소재의 터미널 단자를 결합시키기 위한 전기자동차 히터용 발열전극판의 이종금속 결합구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 상기 발열판의 단자부 전방 양측단에서 내측방향을 향하는 홈구조로 형성된 적어도 하나 이상의 단자결합홈과; 상기 양측단의 단자결합홈 사이의 단자부에 형성된 홈 또는 홀(hole) 구조의 코킹부와; 상기 단자결합홈과 대응되는 위치의 터미널 단자 양측단에서 외측으로 돌출성형되는 결합편을 포함한다. 따라서, 이종금속인 알루미늄 소재의 발열판과 구리 소재의 터미널 단자가 양측단에서 코킹결합되어 서로 이탈되지 않고 견고하게 결합되게 하고, 고정공에 삽입된 고정돌기를 하향가압하여 고정돌기의 상단이 확장되게 함으로써, 압입결합된 구조를 가지게 함으로써, 발열판에 터미널 단자가 전후좌우로 견고한 결합상태를 유지하게 하여 결합고정력을 강화시켜 접촉불량을 미연에 방지하여 내구성을 ㅂ보장하고, 단순 알루미늄판을 이용한 전극판보다 제조단가가 낮아지게 하여 경제성이 높아지게 하는 전기자동차 히터용 발열전극판의 이종금속 결합구조를 제공한다.
