The present invention provides a system and method for generating a drone movement path for bridge inspection which generates a drone movement path operated for inspection of the lower part of a bridge. The system for generating a drone movement path for bridge inspection includes: a user terminal for inputting a drawing (CAD) data of the lower part of a bridge as an inspection target; and a path generation device for generating a drone movement path for bridge inspection using the drawing data of the lower part of the bridge input from the user terminal and transmitting the same to the user terminal. The path generation device includes: a representative coordinate selection unit; a bridge axis division plane calculation unit; a drone vertical movement plane calculation unit; a safety distance determination unit; a straight line number calculation unit; and a path generation unit. The system and method for generating a drone movement path for bridge inspection according to the present invention may generate a drone movement path for inspecting the lower part of a bridge, thereby minimizing the risk of collision due to the problem of securing a field of view distance by manual control and the illusion of perspective caused by manual flight.
