Disclosed are a monitoring system and a monitoring method for analyzing ship tracks using an artificial intelligence technology. The monitoring system comprises: a plurality of location transmitting devices installed in each ship, collecting location information indicating a current location of a corresponding ship, image information showing an appearance of a hull, and Internet of Things (IoT) information measured through a plurality of sensors, detecting an interest frame among a plurality of frames included in the image information, and generating ship information including at least one of identification information of the ship, the location information, the interest frame, and the IoT information; and a management server receiving ship information from each of the plurality of location transmitting devices, collecting weather information and geographic information about a location of each ship based on the location information included in the ship information, analyzing ship tracks based on the ship information, the weather information, and the geographic information of each ship, generating situation prediction information of each ship by applying a scene related to a preset event included in the analyzed ship track and the interest frame to a pre-learned situation prediction model, and supporting a customized service suitable for each ship based on the situation prediction information. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to support the rescue of the corresponding ship.

    인공지능 기술을 이용한 선박 항적을 분석하는 모니터링 시스템 및 방법이 개시된다. 모니터링 시스템은 각 선박에 설치되고, 해당 선박의 현재 위치를 나타내는 위치 정보, 선체의 모습을 보여주는 영상 정보 및 복수의 센서를 통해 측정된 IoT(Internet of Things) 정보를 수집하며, 영상 정보에 포함된 복수의 프레임 중 관심 프레임을 검출하고, 선박의 식별 정보, 상기 위치 정보, 관심 프레임 및 IoT 정보 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 선박 정보를 생성하는 복수의 위치발신장치 및 복수의 위치발신장치 각각으로부터 선박 정보를 수신하고, 선박 정보에 포함된 위치 정보를 기반으로 선박별 위치에 대한 기상 정보 및 지리 정보를 수집하며, 선박별 선박 정보, 기상 정보 및 지리 정보를 기반으로 선박 항적을 분석하고, 분석된 선박 항적 및 관심 프레임에 포함된 기 설정된 이벤트 관련 장면을 기 학습된 상황 예측 모델에 적용하여 선박별 상황 예측 정보를 생성하고, 상황 예측 정보를 기반으로 각 선박에 적합한 맞춤형 서비스를 지원하는 관리 서버를 포함한다.
