The present invention aims to change the top plate so that a large amount of objects can be loaded. The variable bogie of the present invention includes: a lower fixed plate; a lower frame; a bar insertion fixing tube; a bar support groove; a moving wheel; a moving bar; a handle connection bar; a moving handle; a support pin; a rotation support frame; a connection bar support tube; a variable top plate; a variable connection bar; a connection top plate; a bar connection tube; and a verdict frame. The bogie includes: a shock absorber, and the shock absorber includes an air tube; an air injection nozzle; a buffer bumper; a bumper buffer bar; a bar support; and a bumper spring. The present invention provides an effect in which the variable top plate can be attached or detached depending on the size or number of objects loaded on the bogie, thereby facilitating the loading of objects.
