본 발명은 차량 공조장치용 블로어 모터에 관한 것으로서, 4극 18슬롯 2브러시 구조로 형성됨으로써, 로터의 코일 권선작업이 매우 용이하면서 우수한 코깅토크와 불평형 전자기력 특성을 가질 수 있고, 이를 통해, 생산성을 향상시키면서 우수한 모터성능을 유지할 수 있도록 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 모터 하우징과, 모터 하우징의 내주면에 간격을 두고 설치되는 복수의 스테이터들과, 스테이터들의 내측에 회전가능하게 설치되는 로터와, 로터의 회전중심축에 설치되는 복수의 정류자들 및, 각 정류자에 전기를 인가하는 복수의 브러시들을 구비하며, 로터는, 외주면에 간격을 두고 형성되는 다수의 슬롯들과, 각 슬롯에 권선되는 복수의 코일을 포함하는 차량 공조장치용 블로어 모터에 있어서, 모터 하우징의 내주면에 설치되는 스테이터들이 4개이고; 4개의 스테이터들과 각각 인력 및 척력작용을 하면서 회전토크를 발생시키는 로터의 슬롯과, 슬롯에 권선되는 코일부분이 18개인 4극 18슬롯(Slot) 구조이다.

    The present invention relates to a blower motor for a vehicle air conditioning device, in which the blower motor has a structure with four poles, 18 slots, and two brushes, so that a coil winding work for a rotor is significantly facilitated, and a cogging torque and an unbalanced electromagnetic force are excellent, and thus excellent motor performance is maintained while improving productivity. In order to achieve such objectives, according the present invention, the blower motor for the vehicle air conditioning device includes: a motor housing; a plurality of stators installed at a predetermined interval on an inner circumferential surface of the motor housing; a rotor rotatably installed inside the stator; a plurality of commutators installed on a rotation center shaft of the rotor; and a plurality of brushes for applying electricity to the commutators, respectively, wherein the rotor includes: a plurality of slots formed at a predetermined interval on an outer circumferential surface of the rotor; and a plurality of coils wound in the slots, respectively. In addition, four stators are installed on the inner circumferential surface of the motor housing, and the blower motor has a four-pole 18-slot structure in which the number of the slots of the rotor which generates a rotational torque while acting attraction and repulsion on the four stators and the number of the coils wound in the slots are 18.
