선박의 연료가스 관리시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 액화가스 및 증발가스를 수용하는 저장탱크; 상기 저장탱크의 증발가스를 가압하는 제1 압축부가 마련되고, 상기 제1 압축부에 의해 가압된 증발가스를 수요처로 공급하는 증발가스 공급라인; 및 상기 제1 압축부에 의해 가압된 증발가스의 일부를 공급받아 재액화시키는 재액화라인;을 포함하고, 상기 재액화라인은 유입되는 증발가스를 추가적으로 가압하는 제2 압축부와, 상기 제2 압축부에 의해 추가 가압된 증발가스를 상기 증발가스 공급라인 상의 제1 압축부 전단의 증발가스와 열교환하여 냉각시키는 열교환기와, 상기 열교환기에 의해 냉각된 증발가스를 수용하되 기체성분 및 액체성분으로 분리하는 제1 기액분리기와, 상기 제1 기액분리기의 기체성분을 이송시키는 기체성분 순환라인과, 상기 기체성분 순환라인에 마련되어 상기 제1 기액분리기의 기체성분을 감압시키는 팽창부와, 상기 제1 기액분리기의 액체성분을 배출하는 액체성분 순환라인과, 상기 기체성분 순환라인과 상기 액체성분 순환라인의 출구 측 단부에 마련되어 기액 혼합상태의 증발가스를 수용하되 기체성분 및 액체성분으로 분리하는 제2 기액분리기를 포함하고, 상기 열교환기는 두 개로 분리되도록 마련되고, 상기 열교환기를 지나는 증발가스 공급라인 및 재액화라인은 상기 분리된 열교환기를 각각 지나도록 분기되어 합류되도록 마련되는 액화조절부를 갖는 선박의 연료가스 관리시스템이 제공될 수 있다.

    Disclosed is a fuel gas management system of a ship. According to one aspect of the present invention, the fuel gas management system of the ship comprises: a storage tank which accommodates liquefied gas and boil-off gas; a boil-off gas supply line which includes a first compression unit for pressurizing the boil-off gas of the storage tank, and which supplies the boil-off gas pressurized by the first compression unit to a consumer; and a reliquefying line which receives and reliquefies a part of the boil-off gas pressurized by the first compression unit. The reliquefying line includes: a second compression unit which additionally pressurizes the boil-off gas introduced; a heat exchanger which cools the boil-off gas additionally pressurized by the second compression unit by making the boil-off gas exchange heat with the boil-off gas on a front end of the first compression unit of the boil-off gas supply line; a first gas-liquid separator which accommodates the boil-off gas cooled by the heat exchanger, and separates the boil-off gas into gas substances and liquid substances; a gas substances circulation line which transports the gas substances of the first gas-liquid separator; an expansion unit placed on the gas substances circulation line to reduce the pressure of the gas substances of the first gas-liquid separator; a liquid substances circulation line which discharges the liquid substances of the first gas-liquid separator; and a second gas-liquid separator which is placed on an end portion on the exit side of the gas substances circulation line and the liquid substances circulation line to accommodate the boil-off gas in a gas-liquid mixture status, and to divide the boil-off gas into gas substances and liquid substances. The heat exchanger is placed to be divided into two parts. The boil-off gas supply line and the reliquefying line passing through the heat exchanger have a liquefaction control unit which is placed to be branched and joined to respectively pass through the divided heat exchanger. The present invention is able to improve reliquefaction efficiency and perform the reliquefying process in a stable manner.
