본 발명은 터빈 플랫폼 등 해상 부유 구조물에 보관이 용이하도록 구성된 접이식 부유 구조물에 있어서, 상기 접이식 부유 구조물은 다수개의 패널, 다수개의 상기 패널을 연결하는 연결부, 및 다수개의 상기 패널의 일측에 부착되는 탄성튜브로 이루어지고, 상기 패널은 음의 포아송의 비를 갖는 패널의 수축 및 팽창을 이용하여 해상이 설치된 터빈 플랫폼 등의 해상 구조물에 설치 및 보관이 용이하도록 구성한 터빈 플랫폼에 착탈이 가능한 접이식 부유 구조물에 관한 것이다.
