본 출원의 일 실시예에 따른 승객 탐지 방법은, 센서 데이터를 획득하는 단계; 학습이 완료된 분류 모델(classification model)을 통하여, 상기 센서 데이터로부터 상기 차량의 좌석의 상태(status)와 관련된 클래스 정보를 획득하는 단계; 상기 센서 데이터를 분석하여 생체 신호를 감지하는 단계; 상기 센서 데이터를 분석하여 움직임을 감지하는 단계; 및 상기 클래스 정보, 생체 신호의 감지 결과, 및 움직임의 감지 결과에 기초하여 승객 탑승 여부를 판단하는 단계;를 포함한다.

    A passenger detecting method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises the steps of: acquiring sensor data resulting from an electromagnetic wave which has been emitted through a radar sensor mounted inside a vehicle, and which is reflected by an object inside the vehicle; acquiring class information related to the status of a seat of the vehicle from the sensor data through a classification model which has finished learning; sensing a biometric signal by analyzing the sensor data; sensing a movement by analyzing the sensor data; and determining whether a passenger is aboard on the basis of the class information, the biometric signal sensing result, and the movement sensing result. The step of acquiring class information related to the status of a seat of the vehicle comprises the steps of: acquiring first initial class information of a first position of the seat of the vehicle through the classification model; acquiring second initial class information of a second position of the seat of the vehicle through the classification model; and operating the class information on the basis of the first initial class information and the second initial class information by using a tree-based classification algorithm.
