신축이음장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 신축이음장치에 의하면, 터널 구간에서 전동차에 전력을 공급하기 위해 설치되는 강체전차선의 전기적 연결을 효율적으로 유지하고, 온도 변화에 따른 팽창과 수축에도 강체전차선의 전기적, 기계적 연속성을 안정적으로 유지할 수 있도록 유연한 이동성을 발휘할 수 있다. 그리고 강체전차선 간의 전기적 연결 시 신축이음장치의 접속블록과 강체전차선 간의 안정적인 전기적 연결을 유지하고 접촉불량 발생을 방지할 수 있으며, 전기적 접촉이 이루어지는 부분에 먼지 등 이물질이 쌓이는 것을 방지하여 장시간 동안 제품 성능을 유지하고 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있다. 또한, 전기적 접촉면이 넓어 대전류 이송에 적합하면서도, 기존 구조보다 구조를 단순화하여 유지 보수성을 높일 수 있다.

    Disclosed is an expansion joint device. According to the present invention, an expansion joint device can have flexible mobility to effectively maintain electrical connection of a rigid electric car line installed to supply power to a motorcar in a tunnel section and stably maintain electrical and mechanical continuity of the rigid electric car line in spite of expansion and contraction according to changes in temperature. Moreover, when electrically connecting rigid electric car lines, stable electric connection between a connection block of the expansion joint device and the rigid electric car lines is maintained, and a fault in connection can be prevented. Furthermore, accumulation of foreign substances such as dust or the like on a part allowing electric connection is prevented, thereby maintaining performance of a product for a long time and securing reliability. In addition, the expansion joint device has a large electric connection area, thereby having suitability for transfer of high current, and has a structure simpler than an existing structure, thereby increasing maintenance feasibility.
