본 발명은 허니컴 샌드위치 타입의 진공단열패널 및 진공단열패널 시스템에 관한 것으로, 초저온용 액체연료 저장탱크의 1차 가스 배리어와 2차 가스 배리어 사이에 설치되는 단열패널을 허니컴 구조의 허니컴 샌드위치 패널로 형성함으로써 초저온용 액체연료 저장탱크의 단열을 향상시켜 극대화하고, 열손실을 최소화할 수 있는 허니컴 샌드위치 타입의 진공단열패널 및 진공단열패널 시스템을 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 그 기술적 구성은, 내부에 액화 수소를 포함하는 초저온용 액체연료가 수용되도록 1차 가스 배리어(Primary barrier)와, 단열패널, 및 2차 가스 배리어(Secondary barrier)를 포함하는 초저온용 액체연료 저장탱크에 있어서, 1차 가스 배리어와 2차 가스 배리어 사이에 설치되어 초저온용 액체연료 저장탱크를 단열하는 허니컴 샌드위치 패널; 허니컴 샌드위치 패널을 내부에 수용하여 진공화하는 진공필름; 및 진공필름과 접촉하는 허니컴 샌드위치 패널의 각 모서리에 설치되어 진공필름의 파손을 방지하는 파손 방지패드; 를 포함한다.

    The present invention relates to a honeycomb sandwich-type vacuum insulation panel and a vacuum insulation panel system, and provides a honeycomb sandwich-type vacuum insulation panel and a vacuum insulation panel system in which an insulation panel installed between a primary gas barrier and a secondary gas barrier of a cryogenic liquid fuel storage tank is formed as a honeycomb sandwich panel having a honeycomb structure so that the insulation of the cryogenic liquid fuel storage tank can be improved and maximized and the heat loss thereof minimized. The cryogenic liquid fuel storage tank, comprising the primary gas barrier, the insulation panel, and the secondary gas barrier so that a cryogenic liquid fuel containing liquefied hydrogen is accommodated therein, comprises: the honeycomb sandwich panel that is installed between the primary gas barrier and the secondary gas barrier to insulate the cryogenic liquid fuel storage tank; a vacuum film that accommodates the honeycomb sandwich panel and evacuates same; and damage prevention pads that are installed at each corner of the honeycomb sandwich panel in contact with the vacuum film and prevent damage to the vacuum film.
