본 발명은 저항기를 외부로 노출시키는 동시에 방열기능을 향상시키고 인버터에서 노출 면적을 최소화하여 DC커패시터를 안전하게 보호하여 안정적인 기능을 유지하는 차량용 DC커패시터 및 이를 포함하는 인버터에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 -셀모듈과 Y-셀모듈, +버스바와 -버스바 및 접지버스바가 내부에 설치되는 플라스틱하우징, 기 플라스틱하우징의 상하부면에 각각 설치하는 금속재로 이루어지는 개의 제1,2금속하우징, 기 제1금속하우징의 상부면에 노출되게 설치하며 +버스바와 -버스바와 전기적으로 연결하는 PCB형태의 저항기로 형성하는 DC커패시터, 기 DC커패시터를 게이트보드의 상부에 설치하는 일측에 IGBT파워모듈 및 냉각기를 연결하고, 타측에 LDC컨버터를 연결하는 인버터로 구성하여; 차량용 DC커패시터 및 이를 포함하는 인버터는 DC커패시터 및 방전저항의 발열을 감소시킬 수 있는 동시에 기존 세라믹 저항기 성능을 가지면서 사이즈가 축소가능한 효과가 있다.

    The present invention relates to a DC capacitor and discharge resistor of a vehicle inverter, which maintains a stable function by safely protecting a DC capacitor by minimizing an exposed area in an inverter and improving a heat dissipation function while exposing a resistor to the outside. More specifically, the DC capacitor and discharge resistor of a vehicle inverter comprises: a plastic housing in which an X-cell module, a Y-cell module, a + bus bar, a - bus bar and a ground bus bar are provided; first and second metal housings which are made of a metal material and are provided on upper and lower surfaces of the plastic housing, respectively; a DC capacitor formed by a PCB type resistor which is provided in an upper surface of the first metal housing to be exposed and electrically connecting the + bus bar and the - bus bar; and an inverter which has one side connected to an IGBT power module and a cooler with respect to an upper portion of a gate board on which the DC capacitor is provided, and has the other side connected to an LDC converter. Thus, the DC capacitor and discharge resistor of a vehicle inverter can reduce heat generation of the DC capacitor and discharge resistor while having existing ceramic resistor performance and can reduce the size thereof.
