The present invention relates to a low-speed weigh-in-motion system which is installed on a road to control the overloading of a vehicle. The low-speed weigh-in-motion system comprises: a wheel load inspecting sensor installed in an area where a wheel of a vehicle passes on a road, and sensing the weight of the vehicle when the wheel of the vehicle passes; a distance measurement sensor for measuring a straight line distance to the wheel of the vehicle; and a controller for determining overloading using weight information on the vehicle received from the wheel load inspecting sensor, and detecting a position of the wheel of the vehicle using the straight line information to the wheel of the vehicle received from the distance measurement sensor. According to the present invention, the accuracy can be improved by applying a correction coefficient for each position of the wheel load inspecting sensor in the low-speed weigh-in-motion system.

    본 발명은 차로에 설치되어 차량의 과적 여부를 단속하기 위한 저속 축중기 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 차로에서 차량의 윤이 지나가는 영역에 설치되고, 차량의 윤이 지나갈 때 차량의 중량을 감지하기 위한 윤하중 검측 센서, 차량의 윤까지의 직선 거리를 측정하기 위한 거리 측정 센서 및 상기 윤하중 검측 센서로부터 수신된 차량의 중량 정보를 이용하여 과적 여부를 판단하고, 상기 거리 측정 센서로부터 수신된 차량의 윤까지의 직선 거리 정보를 이용하여 차량 윤의 위치를 검출하는 제어기를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 저속 축중기 시스템에서 윤하중 검측 센서의 위치별 보정계수를 적용함으로써, 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
