The present invention relates to a hydraulic system using a power output device of an electric vehicle, and more specifically, to a new conceptual technology of achieving the efficient energy use by driving a hydraulic pump for a work device using power output from one electric motor for driving in the electric vehicle rather than a diesel engine and supplying power required for various work devices (a snow blower, a spreader, a sprinkler, etc.) connected to the hydraulic pump. The conventional power output device for an electric vehicle has a problem in that a structure is complicated as a separate PTO motor for outputting power and a PTO shaft directly connected to the same are provided, and particularly, an expensive large-capacity battery for supplying electric energy to two electric motors is required, causing an increase in a charging time of the large-capacity battery. As a method for solving such a problem, the present invention provides a technology of outputting final power corresponding to the number of rotations according to a gear ratio by gear transmission after inputting the rotation power of the electric motor for driving into the power output device for an electric vehicle installed between the electric motor for driving and a transmission so as to drive a hydraulic pump for a work device.

    본 발명은 전기자동차의 동력인출장치를 이용한 유압시스템에 관한 것으로, 특히 디젤엔진이 아닌 전기자동차에서 1개의 주행용 전기모터에서 인출한 동력을 이용하여 작업장치용 유압펌프를 구동하여 이와 연결된 각종 작업장치(제설기, 살포기, 살수장치 등)에 필요동력을 공급하여 효율적인 에너지 사용을 도모하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 전기자동차용 동력인출장치는 동력을 인출하기 위한 별도의 PTO 모터 및 이와 직결된 PTO 축이 구비됨에 따라 구조가 복잡하고, 특히 2개의 전기모터에 전기에너지를 공급하기 위한 고비용 대용량의 배터리가 필요하며, 이와 같은 대용량 배터리의 충전시간이 길어지는 문제점이 야기된다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 주행용 전기모터와 변속기의 사이에 설치된 전기자동차용 동력인출장치의 내부로 상기 주행용 전기모터의 회전동력을 입력한 후 기어전달에 의한 기어비에 따라 최종 필요한 회전수의 동력을 인출하여 작업장치용 유압펌프를 구동할 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
