The present invention relates to a railway vehicle parts lifespan prediction system using a switchboard and, more specifically, to a railway vehicle parts lifespan prediction system using a switchboard, capable of predicting the lifespan of various railway vehicle parts provided in a railway vehicle by utilizing the ON/OFF and contact time of a switch in the switchboard and deriving the inspection and replacement period of the railway vehicle parts. The present invention can more accurately predict the lifespan of railway vehicle parts by measuring the ON/OFF number of the switch and the contact time of the switch in the switchboard that controls the operation of the railway vehicle parts, thereby preventing the occurrence of breakdowns due to long-term use of the railway vehicle parts, can reduce maintenance and repair costs of railway vehicle parts by preventing early inspection or replacement of railway vehicle parts, and can increase the accuracy of predicting the lifespan of railway vehicle parts through machine learning based on monitoring information collected by monitoring the operation information of the railway vehicle parts, the ON/OFF number of the switch in the switchboard, and the switch contact time.

    본 발명은 배전반을 이용한 철도차량 부품 수명 예측 시스템에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 배전반 내 스위치의 ON/OFF 및 접촉 시간을 활용하여 철도차량에 구비되는 각종 철도차량 부품의 수명을 예측하고, 철도차량 부품의 검수 및 교체 시기를 도출할 수 있는 배전반을 이용한 철도차량 부품 수명 예측 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 철도차량 부품들의 동작을 제어하는 배전반 내 스위치의 ON/OFF 횟수와 스위치의 접촉 시간을 측정하여 철도차량 부품의 수명을 보다 정확하게 예측하여 철도차량 부품의 장기 사용에 따른 고장 발생을 사전에 예방할 뿐만 아니라, 철도차량 부품의 조기 검수 또는 교체를 방지하여 철도차량 부품의 유지·보수 비용을 절감할 수 있고, 철도차량 부품의 동작 정보를 모니터링하여 수집된 모니터링 정보와 배전반 내 스위치의 ON/OFF 횟수와 스위치 접촉 시간을 기반으로 머신러닝을 통해 철도차량 부품의 수명 예측 정확도를 높일 수 있게 된다.
