Disclosed are an unmanned measuring vessel automatic crossing apparatus and an unmanned measuring vessel management system, the unmanned measuring vessel automatic crossing apparatus being characterized by comprising: a driving pulley which is slopingly installed towards an unmanned measuring vessel at the bridge of a stream; an idle pulley which is arranged to be spaced apart from the driving pulley at the bridge, and is slopingly installed towards the unmanned measuring vehicle; a crossing rope provided in a closed circuit shape, and performing a caterpillar movement in a forward or reverse direction according to the forward and reverse rotations of the driving pulley while being wound around the driving pulley and the idle pulley; a bobbin mounting member which has an electric bobbin, and is moved in the crossing direction of the stream while the connecting point is moved by the caterpillar movement of the crossing rope while being connected to the rear side of the crossing rope; a back-and-forth moving rope of which the rear end is connected to the unmanned measuring vessel, and the front end is wound around the electric bobbin, to be unwound or wound according to the forward and reverse rotations of the electric bobbin such that the unmanned measuring vessel may be moved in forward and backward directions, thereby correcting the moving trajectory such that the unmanned measuring vessel may perform a horizontal movement while being moved in the crossing direction; and a control module which rotates the electric bobbin according to changes in the distance between the bridge and the bobbin mounting member to control the unwinding and winding degree of the back-and-forth moving rope. Therefore, the present invention may be simply installed.

    무인 계측선 자동 횡단장치 및 무인 계측선 관리시스템이 개시되어 있다. 이 중, 무인 계측선 자동 횡단장치는 하천의 교량에 무인 계측선을 향해 구배지게 설치되는 구동풀리; 교량에 구동풀리와 이격되게 배치된 채, 무인 계측선을 향해 구배지게 설치되는 아이들 풀리; 구동풀리 및 아이들 풀리에 권취된 채, 구동풀리의 정·역 회전에 따라 정방향 또는 역방향으로 무한궤도 운동을 하는 폐회로 형태의 횡단용 로프; 횡단용 로프의 후위에 연결된 채, 횡단용 로프의 무한궤도 운동에 따라 연결지점이 이동되면서 하천의 횡단 방향으로 이동되며, 전동 보빈이 탑재된 보빈 탑재부재; 후단에는 무인 계측선이 연결되고, 선단은 전동 보빈에 감긴 채, 전동 보빈의 정역 회전에 따라 풀림 또는 감김되면서 무인 계측선을 전후진 시킴으로써 무인 계측선이 횡단 방향으로 이동될 때 수평 이동이 가능하게 이동궤적을 보정해 주는 전후 이동용 로프; 및 교량과 보빈 탑재부재 사이의 거리 변화에 따라 전동 보빈을 회전시켜 전후 이동용 로프의 풀림 및 감김 정도를 제어하는 제어모듈;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
