본 발명에 따른 자동차 범퍼 빔은 길이방향으로 오목한 연장홈이 형성되며 중앙 부위가 양단보다 돌출되도록 골곡지게 형성되는 백빔부; 상기 백빔부 양단에 배치되고, 전면이 개구되어 형성된 공간 내측에 상부에서 하부로 갈수록 단면적이 증가되는 보강기둥이 서로 대향되도록 구비되며, 상기 보강기둥 사이에 절곡된 골부가 형성된 보강구조부; 및 상기 보강구조부 좌우측에서 후면을 향하여 돌출되는 자체결합부;가 일체로 사출되어 형성된다.

    A vehicle bumper beam according to the present invention is injection-molded as a single piece, the vehicle bumper beam comprising: a back beam part having an extended recessed part in the lengthwise direction, and having a curvature so that the central area protrudes with respect to both ends; reinforcing structure parts on respective ends of the back beam part, each having an open front and, inside the space created thereby, provided with reinforcing columns facing each other, the cross-sectional area of each increasing from the top to bottom, and a curved recessed part being provided between the reinforcing columns; and self-coupling parts protruding rearward from the left and right sides of the reinforcing structure parts.
