The present invention provides an artificial intelligence (AI) overtopping prediction device comprising: first and second pressure measuring units (103, 105) which measure the collision pressure of the wave colliding with a marine structure (10) and the pressure of the wave flowing into the road surface (20) beyond the marine structure (10), respectively; an overtopping warning unit (109) which collects images of the surrounding of an overtopping prediction device (100) and transmits a warning sound when wave overtopping occurs to evacuate people; an information collection and control unit (107) including a drone storage unit (170) configured to allow a drone (202) to fly and a collection control unit (160) controlling the operation of the overtopping prediction device (100), receiving and storing the wave pressure information and the wave overtopping information for the wave, transmitting the wave pressure information and the wave overtopping information for the wave to an overtopping prediction system (500) to predict whether the overtopping occurs, thereby generating overtopping prediction information; and a frame unit (101) having a lower end portion buried into the marine structure (10), and including a support frame (110) where the first and second pressure measuring units (103, 105), the information collection and control unit (107), and the overtopping warning unit (109) are mounted, respectively. The present invention further provides an overtopping prediction system using the AI overtopping prediction device (100). According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent damage by wave overtopping.

    본 발명은 해양 구조물(10)과 충돌하는 파도의 충돌 압력과, 상기 해양 구조물(10)을 넘어 도로면(20)측으로 유입되는 파도에 대한 압력을 각각 측정하는 제1 및 제2압력 측정부(103, 105); 월파 예측 장치(100)의 주변 영상을 수집하고, 월파 발생시 경고음을 송출하여 사람들을 대피시키는 월파 경고부(109); 드론(202)의 비행이 이루어지도록 구성되는 드론 보관부(170)와, 월파 예측 장치(100)의 구동을 제어하며, 상기 파도 압력 정보와 상기 파도에 대한 월파량 정보를 수신 및 저장하고, 상기 파도 압력 정보 및 상기 파도에 대한 월파량 정보를 월파 예측 시스템(500)으로 전송하여 월파의 발생 유무를 예측하여 월파 예측 정보의 생성이 이루어지도록 하는 수집 제어부(160)를 포함하는 정보 수집 및 제어부(107); 및 하단부가 상기 해양 구조물(10)에 매립되고, 상기 제1 및 제2압력 측정부(103, 105), 상기 정보 수집 및 제어부(107) 및 상기 월파 경고부(109)가 각각 장착되는 지지 프레임(110)을 포함하는 프레임부(101);를 포함하여 구성되는 인공지능 월파 예측 장치를 제공하며, 상기 인공지능 월파 예측 장치(100)를 이용한 월파 예측 시스템을 더 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
